SpeakFlowEnd-User License Agreement

This Agreement governs your use of the SpeakFlow application ("SpeakFlow", "the Software"). By installing or using SpeakFlow, you agree to these terms.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SpeakFlow on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use, according to the plan you purchased.
2. Free trial
SpeakFlow offers a 7-day free trial. During the trial you may use the app's features without payment. After the trial ends, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription or a lifetime license. Certain features may be limited once the trial ends.
3. Plans, billing, and refunds
- Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime license is a one-time purchase for continued use of the version line you purchased, including updates we make available to it.
- Payments and taxes are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Their terms apply to the transaction.
- Refund requests may be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@speakflow.app, subject to our and Lemon Squeezy's refund policies.
4. Your account
A single account may be used to activate SpeakFlow on the platforms you own. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must not share your license or account to enable use by people who have not purchased a license.
5. Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law; (c) circumvent, disable, or tamper with licensing, activation, or security features; or (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices.
6. Ownership and third-party software
SpeakFlow and all related intellectual property are and remain owned by us. This Agreement grants a license, not a sale. SpeakFlow includes third-party and open-source components that remain subject to their own licenses.
7. Updates
We may provide updates, which may add, change, or remove features. This Agreement applies to all updates unless an update is accompanied by separate terms.
8. Privacy
Your use of SpeakFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: your audio and transcripts are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
SpeakFlow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Transcription and translation output may contain errors and should not be relied upon where accuracy is critical without review.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to SpeakFlow will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
This Agreement applies until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and remove the Software. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
12. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [your country or region], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
